Daniel Aymara (Daniel Aymara Rodriguez Marin Bianchini) is a Norwegian–Chilean–Argentinian artist, musician, producer and DJ. He grew up on Nesodden and started DJing as a teenager, playing his first sets at 17, before moving to Oslo and becoming part of the city’s scene. Since 2012 he has explored both solo releases under the name Aymara and music made for visual projects like short films and animations.

Today he plays from intimate bars to crowded clubs and listening events, with sets that shift between electronic, alternative and experimental music. Alongside DJing and producing, he has always created across other mediums – from visual art and video installations to short films, paintings, animations and music videos for artists like Anna Kajander and Wigre. In 2021, NRK P3 featured him twice for his single Dream. He has also composed music for a clothing collection for F5 Concept Store, taken roles in short films, and continues to run his own DIY home studio.

With a background in film, visual arts and acting, he sees music as part of a larger expression.
